[OpenID] Purpose of OpenID Foundation and the Elections

Hi Pat,
I'm saying that OpenID is part of a larger stack of complimentary
services. From a branding perspective, it might make sense to emphasize
the stack rather than the individual components that make up the stack.
For instance, Facebook Platform sounds a lot better than FBML/FBJS/FQL.
