I disagree.
The lack of "just normal" accountability of the current board/executiveofficer should be used to evaluate those seeking re-election.
The attempt to postpone now 2 critical issues, and normalize them off the table, is itself indicative of a Board management style.
Its sounds like a circus, reading between the lines.... of the last 7 days.

The OIDF is a 501c3 and by law is required to be transparent with its
financials. Again, I can't imagine *not* doing this.

Thanks Scott! That's what I figured, and Dick was very helpful in pointing me to this information.
In 2009 (let's finish this election first) I would simply suggest/request that this type of data be readily accessible from a link on the web-page (if it's not already -- I didn't see one).
