[OpenID] Purpose of OpenID Foundation and the Elections

Good question. Will there be audits? If my site is found to be using 
a GUI that is "unfamiliar to users" (or whatever the requirements may 
be), will they take its URL off the list of "sites using OpenID" and 
revoke my permission to use the icons? How about calling my login 
mechanism "OpenID" - would that be forbidden too? How do we (being 
anyone among us) propose to reconcile the "Open" part of OpenID with 
the idea of "enforcing" a GUI experience?
