In the interest of accuracy, it was me who initiated and chairs the  
Customer Research Committee, managed the consultant etc.

Brian, other than being a great member of that committee, put together  
the Content Provider Advisory Committee meeting in New York. Arguably  
your point is valid but with respect to that meeting.

Both activities -- customer research, regardless of vertical, and  
specific engagement with actual/potential adopters in one particular  
-- are clearly needed, and often overlap, so it's understandable that  
we sometimes mix up one with the other.
