My comment was more upon another possible *future* of PKI's with 
OpenID boostrapping itself on UCI, than on how things ought to be 
handled *now*. I don't think the discussions taking place at this 
time will be all too relevant, since they necessarily deal with what 
is available to users today and my comment explicitly assumes that we 
will have better technology available to use in the future (enabling 
alternative models that aren't currently feasible).
