[OpenID] We Need Less Bureaucracy But Also More Transparency

+1 to Google Groups, only because they have an excellent user/web interface,
have great search (hooda thunk?) and good administrative tools.
I wish mailman kept up with the Google Groups UI and functionality, but it
hasn't, and as a result, is a pain for non-devs to maintain and use, let
alone make productive use of the archives.

Google Groups has its downsides to be sure, but is the best email/forum
hybrid available.
