[OpenID] We Need Less Bureaucracy But Also More Transparency

I keep wanting to see us move to Google Groups since they offer email  
and searchable web interfaces; lots of other similar communities use  
them.  I've never bothered since they don't support OpenID logins, but  
then I guess that's equivalent of our own mailman here.
