[OpenID] We Need a Site Editorial Committee (Was: Changes to the OpenID Foundation member page login)

Y'know, all we need is a public list of the people who are responsible for
the content of the website who have some authority to make changes and to
oversee them when they happen.
I appreciate process and discipline but I prefer prudent action and
delegating responsibility. If we can get some transparency here so we know
when changes are made and can review them, I'd prefer to keep overhead and
process as minimal as possible.
If we had *too* much content or too many folks eager to contribute, I'd
think a voting committee might be necessary; as that's not the case, I think
we can simply improve the situation with a few tweaks and some documentation
on the [new] wiki.
