[OpenID] We Need a Site Editorial Committee (Was: Changes to the OpenID Foundation member page login)

As a matter of personal preference, I don't like to do lame duck votes
unless there's something really urgent that needs to happen.
Anybody feel the issue on the table is urgent? If so, we should do
what David suggests.
