[OpenID] We Need a Site Editorial Committee (Was: Changes to the OpenID Foundation member page login)

To clarify, I'm not criticizing any individual. (I am very  
appreciative of the lots of efforts that have gone into the site by  
the various volunteers.)

I am criticizing a lack of process and discipline. Which means we need  
to change it, and all I want to say is:
  - I think we need an accountable editorial committee to own that  
process
  - If back on the board, I'll vote for it. I believe such a committee  
needs to be chartered by the new board to be able to do its job.
