[OpenID] Changes to the OpenID Foundation member page login

Yes, the change to the trust root needs to be fixed. The trust root
should be *.openid.net like our other applications so that if a user
has decided to login to one piece of the OpenID site, they won't be
asked to login to another part. If this can't be fixed, I would
advocate to remove RPX even though it makes the initial experience
much nicer.

I'm also a bit concerned about how the decision was made to have the
OpenID Foundation endorse a specific vendor's proprietary SaaS
solution...but I'll take that up in response to Eran email later in
the thread.
