[OpenID] OpenID.net elections post ...

Peter, as others have explained the blog is OpenID enabled using the  
WordPress OpenID plugin.  If you put your OpenID into the website  
field and leave the others blank, it should work for you.

(This doesn't mean that it's the best UI.)
