While I agree the user interface does not make this at all obvious, you 
can leave the name and email address fields blank if you enter an OpenID 
identifier, and it'll use SREG to get your name from your provider.

(I didn't know this until just a moment ago when I tried it. I assume 
that we're using just a stock Wordpress OpenID plugin here, so we should 
send this feedback to the authors.)
