The planned setup is that half of the elected board members (those with 
the most votes) will serve two-year terms, while the other half will 
serve one-year terms.

After that all board members will serve two-year terms, so half of the 
board will change every year.

So to answer your question, half of the board seats will be available 
for re-election this time next year.

Of course, this arrangement could potentially be changed by the board, 
but I can't think of any reason why they would.
