[OpenID] Mixi, the largest Japanese SNS, started to offer OpenID and OpenID based friend/group auth

Dear OpenID community members:

Today, in Japan, there was a big announcement about OpenID deployment.
It is by the largest Japanese SNS provider, Mixi.

It not only offers OpenID to its users, but also offers the capability to
authenticate/authorize based on someones membership in the friend list or
mixi community.
