Not sure if you can enforce that. As long as it doesn't say only 
"OpenID" I belive it's not enforceable at all. Then what about 
spread*openid*.org, my*openid*.com, *openid*.org, *openid*.yahoo.com, 
*openid*enabled.com, *openid*directory.com, *openid*.sun.com, 
*openid*.cn, *openid*france.fr, *openid*.pl, *openid*.trustbearer.com, 
*openid*source.org

BTW, http://openid.net/ shows a logo with content OpenID.net and no 
trademark symbols at all ® or ™....this is not enforcing trademarks at all!!
