[OpenID] OpenID Book PDF version available for download

All,

I have updated link for PDF download version of OpenID Book which is
available now at http://www.openidbook.com. From this version I also removed
the PDF printing restriction. Enjoy!

 

If someone knows a server with better bandwidth, please let me know.
