[OpenID] Fwd: [OpenID board] The BoF at RSA

The OpenID Foundation has been working on helping communities around  
the world and the idea has been to create local chapters of the  
foundation.  We're working with the Japanese chapter and the  
Foundation in Europe to nail down the specifics of a policy around  
local chapters.
