[OpenID] Japan Kick-off meeting

Hi fellow OpenIDers!

Yesterday (Apr. 3), we had the OpenID Japan kick-off meeting at NRI, Tokyo.

22 companies (29 attendees) attended the meeting including biggest
internet providers, the biggest SNS, etc. Since there is a strong
interest from user companies as well, we expect more companies attending
for the second general meeting.

In the meeting,

1) The current status on the legal progress on the formation of OpenID Japan
2) Promotion and Education activity report and plans
3) OIDF Working Group Plans

were talked on.

Also, there was a lively Q & A session.

Next meeting will be April 24 evening titled "OpenID Night" primarily
targeted at developpers.
