[OpenID] [Off-list] ANN: OpenID4Java 0.9.4 - OpenID draft 12 and AX draft 7 support

Posting off-list.  If you need a quick solution for a server with apache 
and tomcat, have a look at our StartCom Linux AS-5. Installing and 
configuring the basic modes is fairly easy. Make sure to include httpd 
and tomcat5 during initial install. Afterwards check if you need 
additional mod_* packages for apache or oder stuff...
