[OpenID] ANN: OpenID4Java 0.9.4 - OpenID draft 12 and AX draft 7 support

If there would be a decent library and implementation for PHP in the
same quality and extend like OpenID4Java I'd buy that too. So I guess
that a complete client (and server implementation) for PHP would make
integration with the most popular 'so called Web 2.0" applications even
easier. However whatever was available up to now for PHP doesn't match
OpenID4Java...not even close.
