Hi Andreas,

Ask the verisign people (see pip.verisignlabs.com) - they were kind
enough to supply numbers from about a year ago - perhaps they'll give
some more now.

From memory - there were only a few hundred people actually *using*
OpenID last year - I forget how many IDs were "issued" back then.  If
this list has archives you can search - look for info posted by
verisign people.
