Absolutely! I think providers such as Orange of France are very serious
(or at at least should be). However I'm not sure to which extend they
are willing to provide that information or what their policy is. It
might be that a public directory of their users exists already now...so
only the nickname would have to be combined with the number or identity.
But your question previously was very good in that, if Orange believes
in fully in OpenID as is....as I mentioned earlier, if there will be
only big providers which allow login to their own facilities only with
their own provider (as I would do as well), than perhaps there is no
case for OpenID's so called "openness"....or is there?
