[OpenID] OpenID announcement at DIDW

For those that could not attend, the announcement is that Orange is
enabling OpenID for all 40 million of their users.  Users are required
to choose their nickname (instead of autogenerating them) so its not
_really_ 40 million from the get go.  This is open to all subscribers
... Internet and mobile.
