Here is another try at my suggested 3rd case sub-definition, for Claimed
Identifier. My changes are in [].


any other non-Identifier and non-CanonicalID URI that a discovery
process shall have confirmed [as controlled by] a[n] OpenID Provider
(OP) to which the end user delegates responsibility for asserting a
Claimed Identifier [of appropriate URI form]
