Peter the pleb, please remember that the plebs got their rights and power
with the introduction of the fundamental rights (human rights) in the French
revolution, the USA Bill of rights and later on in other Constitutions
around the world.
So probably you will be happy to read that there is a new fundamental
right(1) presented in the Costa Rican Congress(2), to enhance the plebs
rights in the virtual world.

(2) It is just a question of time until it will be studied to be included in
the Constitution by other Congresses around the world...
