Hey, I'm not trying to make a statement on behalf of anybody except  
perhaps myself, but I certainly can't speak for the foundation. Not  
sure the foundation has an official opinion on this anyway or should  
have ;-)

I think this is an important one. The OpenID "brand" and what it  
should stand for. I would very much appreciate more discussion, and  
the participation of more people with an opinion on this subject ...  
and I suspect the rest of the board members of the foundation, too.
