[OpenID] What are openids weaknesses?

I think this is all progressing nicely. No, we are not anywhere close  
to a "mainstream market", this is still at the transition between the  
tech enthusiasts and the first business visionaries. And in my view,  
everything is happening that needs to happen to take that transition.  
Convincing mainstream developers (as opposed to developers working  
for visionaries) is later in that cycle, in my view, so personally, I  
don't spend much of my energies on that.

I don't think so. But that's a different subject for a different time.

As you may know, Stefan is not a developer at all. He has his  
particular view of how the world should be, he's tirelessly working  
towards that vision using whatever means he can think of, and I  
respect that. That doesn't mean however that he's right either with  
the vision or the specific "arguments" that he's making ;-)
