So, in my buyer's role, I went and had a look at Credentica focusing on
the I&A
"Credentica has built a fully functional showcase that meets several of
these requirements in the context of a circle of trust as in the Liberty
Identity Federation Framework[...]" see
http://www.credentica.com/eiam.html
I'm going to take away from that the message that it is liberty
complying, and will interoperate with other ws-ff implementations.
It's not listed in the testing schedules:-

ts/id_ff_1_2_interoperable_product_table
http://www.projectliberty.org/liberty_interoperable/interoperable_produc
ts/id_ff_1_1_interoperable_product_table
Which set of conformance requirements offered by that testing process is
it claiming to satisfy?

The last thing we want in US realty is folks advocating a sole-source
security standard! There is just no hope that all the vendors involved
in doing cross-industry websso between mortgage banking, title
companies, brokerage houses, govt property records offices ... are going
to adopt a sole-source product.
