[OpenID] OpenID 2.0 and Attributes 1.0 Exchange Specs

Hi there! Being new to OpenID and considering an implementation on our
sites, I'd like to know the state of the 2.0 specs and the attributes
1.0exchange specs? Are they considered "stable" ? Are they already in
use?
