Excellent stuff Will, thanks.  Yes let's see this on openid.net.
This is the functional evaluation and, in time, it probably needs 
some translation into a simple rating for non-geeks.

The other thing needed to complement this is some kind of independent 
or community-assessed ratings for how much a user can *trust* an 
OP.  I know this is hard to do but I believe it will be a major 
factor in driving  OpenID into the middle ground i.e. apps where 
there is a need for good protection despite transaction value being 
too low to merit a "big-IT", security at any cost, approach.
