[OpenID] table of openid provider support

I think its an incredible leap forward in the right direction.  I  
think it belongs on OpenID.net.

As it is, however, it's very tech-oriented, so we should keep that in  
mind.  I'd wager to say that only those on this list would understand  
it all, and even then, not everyone here would.  But for those who  
do, there is no better resource out there right now.
