[OpenID] Support in Browsers

Hi Paul,

"other popular browsers". ... I believe IE is popular with some folk - 
It does tabbing or something which makes it cool;) Anyway search this 
page for "openid" - 
http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2007/feb07/02-06RSA07KeynotePR.mspx 
and you'll see Microsoft hinting towards platform level changes in Vista 
to include OpenID which I guess would include IE.
