[OpenID] Yadis IPR

There is still a process to assign the copyright to the foundation,  
for example, isn't there? So far, I'm not sure that we have really  
made it that transparent that this is what should be happening, thus  
my e-mail ;-)

Amazingly enough, I have not heard of any requirements posed against  
Yadis 1.0 that would necessitate a version upgrade.  As Drummond  
points out, there is ongoing work on XRI Resolution.
