[OpenID] Website being updated

I'd like to underline the issue of *choosing an OP*.  I'd be happy to 
help with this and (if that's needed) could do some development, including PHP.

I agree that the presentation should allow for OPs' 
credentials.  Some form of community rating could be useful.  Bottom 
line is that users need a *basis for trusting* an OP.  It's OK for 
people on this list to have to assess the reputation of the players 
in the field but I can't see that working for a user who just wants 
to make a quick decision.  To me this is one of the key ingredients 
in widespread proliferation.
