[OpenID] Yadis IPR

Johannes, Drummond,

It's really good to see this work getting addressed directly.  The process
of completing the OpenID IPR is moving as aggressively as possible and this
will help ensure IPR closure for OpenID has the chance to stay on a
relatively  "tight" schedule which is very important given how deep into
Autumn 2007 we now stand.
