[OpenID] Yadis IPR

Now that we're getting a well-thought-out intellectual property  
regime for OpenID, I have been asked "what about Yadis"?

I would suggest we move the Yadis work under the OpenID Foundation's  
umbrella as well and retroactively consider it as-if it had been  
performed there. This would allow us to apply the same IPR to it.

Certainly the guilty parties ;-) aka authors and contributors are  
largely the same.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?
