[OpenID] Status of OpenID 2.0?

Hi all,

What's the current status of OpenID 2.0? Draft 12 was published in  
August - is there a draft 13 currently being, well, drafted? What are  
the outstanding issues that need to be addressed before the spec is  
officially launched?

Also, what is the status of the various specifications that relate to  
OpenID 2.0? Am I right in understanding that Attribute Exchange 1.0  
depends on OpenID 2.0 rather than 1.0?

I often field questions about these specifications at conferences and  
the like, so it would be really useful to have some up to date answers.
