[OpenID] OpenID logo revisions for smaller sizes

The gray could go darker still. Although for presentations, I’d  
almost lean towards using the monochrome version.

The isometric angles/perspective should match up now. I built the  
current glyph on a set of 5 nested ovals, and the arrowhead from  
scratch. The previous iteration was too locked to a square grid.

Yes--the stem on the I in ID is fatter. That was intentional--I  
widened it. I can see your point though, I’ll tweak it a little.
