[OpenID] about sso with openid

[Sutra Zhou]

OpenID use the openid_url to identify a user, you can maintain a map between
user and their openid_url.

OpenID is not for sharing user info but provides authentication over the
internet. You can ask for and obtain some simple info about user from OpenID
provider if the user allowed.
