[OpenID] Become OpenID Provider

hi All,

i just visited David's TS in JavaONE,

and after that i am seeking info of OpenID,

i think we need OpenID server here,

we located in Indonesia, where internet connection is very expensive, 
and now, here, we develop our own Internet Exchange called IIX,

any idea to develop a production level OpenID
