[OpenID] Can't get to Pibb

# Because of IIW last week, I was encouraged to go to pibb.com.  When

ProtectNetwork.org does not send back the correct identifier in its
response; in my test, "http://cygnus.protectnetwork.org" was returned,
which lacks the required trailing slash.  This causes the library's
verification to fail when checking against the sent identifier,
"http://cygnus.protectnetwork.org/", thus preventing you from logging
in.

Anyone from protectnetwork lurking?
