I agree with Martin.  The statement above is inaccurate --
http://www.jkg.in/openid/ only proves that a "spammer" can use OpenID URL's
in the jkg.in domain, or in a domain that he (the spammer) controls.

People cannot use OpenID URL's that they do not control (even with
http://www.jkg.in/openid/).
