All earlier library releases were GPL. We'd dual-license it if that
would help. Adhering the the coding style of a particular project
would not be feasible (because then we'd have to do that for e.g.
MediaWiki and PHPBB as well). We'd welcome patches if they made the
library *less* tied to a particular idiom or easier to integrate with
applications.
