The 2.0 release of the PHP OpenID library uses the Apache license. It
should also be noted that JanRain is willing to re-license the code if
that's what it takes to make people use it. (Actually that's why the
2.0 release is Apache licensed. /me tries really hard not to start a
holy war about licenses)
