[OpenID] ANN: Python OpenID 2.0.0 Release Candidate 1

We'd like to release to you some software that implements OpenID 2.0.
Or rather, revision 294 of the OpenID 2.0 draft specification, perhaps I
should say.  I am calling the version of this library 2.0.0.  Well, the
first release candidate for what will be version 2.0.0.  We license it
to you under the terms of the Apache Software License, version 2.0.

For Python versions 2.3 to 2.5 (no, not 2.0).

You can change the .tar.gz to a .zip if that's the way you want it.

No, I haven't updated cheeseshop and everything yet, I'm going to give
you a few days to let me know if I need to put a brown paper bag over my
head before we remove "candidate" from the version and give it a wider
announcement.
