[OpenID] [SECURITY] ANN: PHP Standalone OpenID Server 1.1 released

Hi all,

I've released version 1.1 of the PHP standalone OpenID server,
available at

  http://www.openidenabled.com/openid/php-standalone-openid-server/

This release fixes a serious security vulnerability in the 1.0 release
and includes a few other minor fixes.  Please upgrade immediately.
