[OpenID] Let SourceForge now you want OpenID support.

I think most of you would agree that one thing that the OpenID community
could really use right now are more good RP's and more developer support.

We have started a petition of sorts to let SourceForge know that their
user's really want OpenID support.  If you would like to see an OpenID login
on your project page, please let SourceForge know.
