[OpenID] Atlassian releases Crowd 1.1 with an OpenID server

We (Atlassian) have released an OpenID server version of Crowd that builds
on the OpenID4Java project.

I want to thank everyone who has contributed to the OpenID4Java project --
this library has been very useful for our team and we look forward to
helping keep the library up-to-date with the 2.0 specification and attribute
