[OpenID] OpenID Wins CNET Webware 100 Award

OpenID was one of the 100 sites that won a Webware award out of 5,000
nominations and 250 finalists.  It won in the Browsing category along
with Firefox, Google Reader, IE 7, My Yahoo, Netvibes, Opera, Safari,
Stumbleupon, and yourminis.  These are certainly a great group of other
products for OpenID to win alongside.
